The hotel's position was quiet and excellent, close to everything. The staff were excellent friendly, as I could only expect. My room was reasonably large with a private bathroom.

The breakfast spread here is awesome, lots of good stuff to munch on. Your room comes with central heating to keep you cozy, a safe to stash your valuables, and a TV with plenty of channels. Oh, and can we talk about how comfortable the bed is? It's like sleeping on a cloud ☁️ Also, this place is conveniently located right next to Segovia.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Aralso Sotillo for two nights during a weekend getaway. The room was impeccably clean, with all the necessary kitchen facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The staff, especially Jesus, provided exceptional service and gave us helpful recommendations.

This apartment is conveniently located with easy access to Segovia by car. The free parking out front is great. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking simple meals and everything worked. The hostess was nice and helpful. The apartment was compact but had everything we needed for our stay. There are four supermarkets within easy reach. The air conditioning was appreciated during the colder weather.

One particular staff member went above and beyond by helping us with our car troubles. She called a local garage, accompanied my husband there, and even translated for him. The level of service was exceptional and greatly appreciated. Cons: Not one thing 🚫.

That the hot water was a bit unreliable on our first night. However, the issue was quickly resolved and we had no problem with it on the second night.
